Abstract:

This article discusses one of the main methods of making management decisions - the method of analyzing hierarchies, which in an understandable and rational way structures the complex problem of optimization of choice in the form of a hierarchy of goals, sub-goals, criteria and alternatives. It allows you to quantify alternative solutions.
