Abstract:

The problem of modelling the flow of a viscous compressible fluid in a slit channel consisting of two plates is considered. The first plate performs harmonic oscillations in the vertical plane relative to the second and is absolutely rigid. The second is an elastic three-layer plate with a light incompressible filler and is held rigidly by the edges. The mathematical model in dimensionless variables is a connected system of partial differential equations describing the dynamics of the motion of a viscous compressible fluid and an elastic beam-strip with the corresponding boundary conditions.

Keywords: viscous compressible liquid, slit channel, a bar-strip, elastic three-layer plate, Navier-Stokes equation
